Crepes can be served for breakfast or as a dessert. These crepes are thin, light and absolutely irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 100g flour

  • 200ml milk

  • 1 egg

  • 50g sugar

  • Butter

  • 100g chocolate to melt

  • 50g cream

  • 2 bananas

  • 50g walnuts

Directions

  • We make the dough for the crepes: In a beater glass, we put the flour, eggs, milk and sugar. We beat it well, until all the ingredients are integrated. At the end there should be a fine mixture without lumps. We cook them in a non-stick pan. Make sure they are fine!
  • In a non-stick frying pan, put a little butter and spread it over its entire surface. With a saucepan, add a little of the dough well distributed over the pan, without leaving any empty holes. We cook it for about 2 minutes, turn it carefully and cook it for another 2 minutes. That both sides are golden. We melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and prepare the filling with the banana and walnuts.
  • Now, we put the chocolate broken into small pieces in a bowl in a bain-marie. When it is undone, add the cream and stir well, until it is completely integrated. Finally, we pour a little chocolate on the crepe, place some banana slices on top, some split walnuts, and close it.
